Cryotherapy Warts

With treatments such as cryotherapy, warts caused by the human papilloma virus are removed, sometimes causing a vaginal discharge. For complete removal 3 to 4 trials are necessary for most patients, in 20%-30% of cases reccurences are possible. The use of a cryoprobe in the genitalia is not recommended, because vaginal perforation and fistula formation are possible, though oral and anal lesions can be treated with liquid nitrogen.
