Leep Discharge After
When doctors perform a leep, discharge after the surgery is common and is not an indication of further treatments such as colposcopy and cryotherapy.
There are special recommendations as to how a patient should behave right after the procedure. In order to help prevent bleeding, a woman should not lift heavy weights, or participate in some heavy physical exercise for about 10 days. It is necessary to abstain from sexual intercourse, using tampons, and taking hot baths. Bleeding similar to a light period is normal.
